What are the effects of thermography on human body temperature measurement?

Any object whose temperature is higher than absolute zero (- 273.15 ℃) continuously emits infrared radiation (thermal radiation). Infrared radiation is a kind of electromagnetic wave, the wavelength range is 0.7um ~ 1000um, which can not be seen by human eyes, and the wavelength of external radiation is different at different temperatures. After absorbing infrared radiation, the temperature of the thermal sensitive material will rise. The thermal imaging camera calculates the corresponding temperature information according to the corresponding temperature rise.
For human body, the body temperature is relatively constant, and armpit temperature is 34.7 ℃ ~ 37.3 ℃. But the temperature of human face, due to the influence of sweating or wind blowing, will have a certain change. The thermal imaging camera measures temperature by detecting thermal radiation of human surface, and the temperature measurement results will fluctuate with sweating or wind blowing. In this case, it is recommended to retest. At present, the optimal installation environment is indoor, and it not recommended to install itoutdoors
(including the area directly connected to the indoor and outdoor). According to above principle, this is because the outdoor environment is easy to be affected by the external environment on the body surface temperature, resulting in a large deviation between the body surface temperature and the real body temperature.
